How to give us feedback
Kia ora, and thanks for helping us build this.
You don’t need to write a report. A couple of sentences and a screenshot is plenty. Every post here is read by us building pilotlab.
Start your post title with one of these:
- [Bug] Something is broken or behaving oddly
- [Totals] A total, currency or expiry figure looks wrong
- [Confusing] It works, but you weren’t sure what to do
- [Idea] Something you’d like added or changed
Before you post:
- Have a quick search to see if someone has raised it already. If they have, add a reply or a like so we know it affects more people.
- One issue per post makes it much easier for us to track.
- Crop or cover personal details in screenshots (licence numbers, medical details, addresses).
We’ll reply to every post and update it when something is fixed or planned.
